P&P, Cancellations, Replacements and Refunds:

- We aim to dispatch within 24 hours, although, as the Post Office does not collect parcels on a Sunday, any orders processed on a Saturday will be Dispatched on the Monday so please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.
- 2nd Class Delivery with us is free for these items but you can upgrade at the checkout to 1st Class Delivery for an added fee.

- Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations as the product is personalised specifically for you and cannot be resold.
- Replacements or Refunds will only be offered if the item has arrived to you damaged or faulty. In this case, we would need photographic evidence of this and in some cases we do offer to pay return postage although, these will have to be returned within 14 days.
